Service Description

The Food Handler sections can be completed in approximately 10 minutes. Color photographs from the learner’s point of view help reinforce food safety concepts. Enhanced assessments can be taken at the completion of training to measure if employees have the minimum competency in food safety knowledge. Chef Eric's Customer Service Training Program includes exercises for improving interpersonal communication, product knowledge, conflict resolution, crisis management, and more. In this course team members will learn the 3 most important qualities of customer service. Covers five key areas: • Basic Food Safety • Personal Hygiene • Cross-Contamination & Allergens • Time and Temperature • Cleaning and Sanitation Course includes materials, Booklets & ServSafe Food Handler & Professional Development Certificate.
