Providing Mentoring and Counseling Services

Minister Eric Allen Sr. is the President and CEO of Souled Out Community Outreach, a non-profit he founded in 2019 to empower at-risk youth and low-income families. Under his leadership, the organization provides specialized mentoring, substance abuse education, and reentry support through a "ministry of service" framework.

A champion for community solidarity, Minister Allen also launched the annual "Unity in the Community" initiative to foster local connections. His work is defined by a commitment to treating every person with dignity and helping them find hope and resilience. He believes that true social change occurs when leaders engage hands-on with the people they serve.
